An overreach boot covers the heel and the edge of the coronet band, where the hind hoof can strike when the horse pulls a shoe or overreaches. It is the horse’s most affordable form of protection and the one that prevents the longest-lasting injury. Glossy finish and rhinestones combined: this is the presentation model in the range.
🧴 Usage instructions
⚠️ A boot that is too large will twist and be stepped on; one that is too small will rub the coronet band. When the hoof is on the ground, it should touch the ground at the back, and no further. Clean the rhinestone collar with a soft brush. Place it on a clean, dry hoof with the opening facing backward and the Velcro facing outward, so that a branch cannot open it. It should rest on the ground without tightening around the coronet band. ⚠️ Remove it after the session. Rinse with clean water after use and leave to air-dry. Regularly check the condition of the Velcro closures: they are the first part to wear out.
