🐎 Why choose this product?
The collar limits penetration halfway down: the stud enters firmly and then stops, instead of disappearing into muddy ground.
🧴 Usage advice
⚠️ Choose according to the ground, not habit: on hard, dry ground, use a thinner stud; on wet or deep ground, use a thicker stud. The outer studs must be the same length as the inner ones, or no more than 0.5 cm longer — beyond that, the hoof lands at an angle. Clean the hole with a stud-hole pick and run the tap through it again before screwing in: a clogged thread damages both the stud and the horseshoe. Remove the studs as soon as the event is over; never transport the horse or leave it in its stall with them fitted.
