⚠️ Adjust a halter so that two fingers fit under the noseband and two under the throatlatch: if it is too loose, the horse may catch a foreleg in it while scratching; if it is too tight, it can interfere with chewing. ⚠️ Never leave a horse in the field or stall wearing a non-breakaway halter without supervision. Hand wash in lukewarm water and air dry.
