🐎 Why choose this product?
The hard shell and ventilation holes meet the two opposing requirements of a leg boot: protecting against impact while allowing the limb to breathe. A leg boot protects the inside of the cannon bone and fetlock, where the opposite limb can strike when the horse crosses its legs or turns sharply. It is designed to be worn during work, not in the field or stable: if worn continuously, it makes the limb sweat instead of protecting it.
🧴 Care instructions
Place it on a clean, dry limb, with the shell facing outward and the fasteners directed toward the back and outward. Tighten it so that you can slide one finger between the leg boot and the cannon bone. ⚠️ Remove them as soon as the session ends. Rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air-dry, never on a radiator. Regularly check the condition of the hook-and-loop fasteners, as these are the first part to fail.
