The martingale is generally used for show jumping and prevents the horse from raising its head abruptly. This martingale is attached to the noseband and not to the bit. It is perfectly suitable for fox hunting.
I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008 by opening a shop in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I couldn’t find suitable equipment in the area. My presence quickly expanded by attending dressage competitions, local contests, and national and international events.
To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, allowing everyone to access high-quality technical products that are tested and approved.
Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and am a partner of the regional dressage circuits.
I strive to offer custom-made and customizable items, and I place great importance on direct relationships with my customers.
