These premium dressage pads are half-lined with 100% natural Australian Merino sheepskin – the wool is much denser and softer than the older sheep wool used by many other brands.

The spine is freed at the withers, relieving pressure and allowing air to circulate. There is now a reinforced protection area at the girth with two adjustable Velcro loops to facilitate saddling.

Ideal for adding competition numbers and logos.

It is well known that nothing is better for a horse’s back than natural wool – it promotes blood circulation, is perfectly breathable, maintains an optimal temperature in summer and winter – regulates moisture by controlling the growth of bacteria and viruses, and prevents bruises, scars, chafing, and pressure sores.

If carefully washed on a wool cycle (max 30 degrees), or by hand, with a special sheepskin detergent or a non-biological detergent, these sheepskin pads will last for years.

Always air dry. DO NOT tumble dry or place directly on a heat source

Washing Instructions

Remove hair, dirt, and dried sweat with a stiff brush
Machine wash at 30°C on a wool cycle or hand wash
Straighten / flatten the cotton after washing
Air dry near a heat source. Never tumble dry
Please ensure all Velcro is securely fastened before washing.

Warning: In rare cases, dyes from black wool elements may bleed, causing a slight blue tint.

Stains may occur on gray coats.
