The special feature of the Silenzo is on the inside: a grippy leather finish around the calf. This provides grip against the saddle flap, where an ordinary chaps would slip and force you to tighten your leg.

🧴 Care instructions

Measure your calf height and circumference while wearing your riding shoes before choosing. ⚠️ Do not apply leather conditioner to the grippy inner finish: it would lose its grip. Clean the outside with glycerin soap, then condition it, and leave it to air-dry.

The little story...

I founded Sellerie Bucéphale in 2008, opening a shop in the Drôme department (in France) because, as a dressage rider, I could not find suitable equipment in the region. My presence quickly expanded through participation in dressage shows, local competitions, and national and international events.

To meet the needs of all riders, I developed a website, giving everyone access to high-quality technical products that have been tested and approved.

Since 2016, I have been based in the city of Orange (in France) and have been a partner of regional dressage circuits.

I strive to offer bespoke and customizable items, and I attach great importance to direct relationships with my customers.
