However, please note that the straight mouthpiece has a more sensitive action than the single- or double-jointed versions in the same range.
🧴 Usage advice
Measure the width from one ring to the other with the mouthpiece stretched out. ⚠️ A bit that is too narrow pinches the corners of the mouth; one that is too wide moves around in the mouth and knocks against the teeth. Allow approximately half a centimetre of visible mouthpiece on each side. ⚠️ Regularly check the condition of the plastic: a mouthpiece that is cut or chewed must be replaced.
