🧴 Instructions for use
⚠️ Bit size is given in millimetres: it is the width of the mouthpiece from one ring to the other. A 125 measures 12.5 cm. Measure your horse's mouth with a bit ruler, or use the measurement of the bit it currently wears: if too wide, the bit moves around and pinches; if too narrow, it tightens the corners of the mouth. ⚠️ The hackamore acts on the nose bridge: make sure the noseband rests on the bone and not on the cartilage of the nostrils. ⚠️ Check the mouthpiece regularly: when correctly positioned on the bars, it rarely becomes damaged, but a sharp tooth can wear it down.
