🧴 Usage tips
Measure the width from one ring to the other, with the mouthpiece stretched. ⚠️ A bit that is too narrow pinches the corners of the mouth; one that is too wide moves around in the mouth and knocks against the teeth. Allow approximately half a centimetre of mouthpiece to show on each side. ⚠️ Regularly check the condition of the plastic: a nicked or chewed mouthpiece must be replaced.
