🐎 Why choose this product?
The half-moon noseband works through leverage: its branches transfer the force exerted when the horse opens its mouth to the nose. This is a strong action, reserved for horses for which a classic noseband is not sufficient. Of the two configurations, this one is more comfortable: the load is distributed on both sides of the headpiece rather than resting on a single point at the poll.
🧴 Usage advice
⚠️ Adjust the curb strap after the noseband, never the other way around, and leave enough room for one finger: if it is too tight, it prevents the horse from chewing and causes the opposite of the desired effect. Clean with glycerin soap, then apply leather grease once the leather is dry.
