novocontact Pelham 16 mm double jointed - Sensogan

The leverage of a Pelham, the gentleness of a novocontact. Its oval profile spreads pressure widely across the tongue, while the double joint conforms to the mouth without creating a pressure point: two reasons to try leverage on a sensitive horse. The short 4.5 cm shanks make the effect direct and easy to regulate.

Key features

  • The oval shape increases the contact surface on the tongue for gentle action.
  • When the rein is engaged, the mouthpiece tilts forward and refines its contact: communication becomes more precise.
  • Makes the most of the limited space available in the horse's mouth.
  • Ideal for very sensitive horses that are reluctant to take the contact.
  • The curb chain limits pressure on the poll: it should allow an angle of up to 45°.
  • 16 mm double-jointed mouthpiece, 4.5 cm lower shanks.

The Sensogan finish

  • Patented alloy of copper, manganese and zinc that promotes a continuous flow of saliva and relaxation of the mouth.
  • White-gold appearance, long-lasting shine, and easier maintenance than Aurigan.
  • Toxicologically tested and recognized as non-toxic.

Made in Germany.
