🐎 Why choose this product?
A boot protector covers the inside of the hind fetlock, where a horse may strike itself when landing after a jump. It is worn during work, never in the pasture or stable. This protector goes all the way around the fetlock rather than covering only the inside: useful for a horse that also strikes itself on the outside.
🧴 Instructions for use
⚠️ This model has an elastic fastening, which is not permitted by FEI regulations for hind-leg protection. Check the current national regulations for your discipline before using it in competition. Place it on a clean, dry leg, with the shell facing the inside of the fetlock and the fastenings directed towards the back and outside. Tighten it so that you can slide one finger between the protection and the leg. ⚠️ Remove them immediately after the end of the session. Rinse with clean water after each use and leave to air-dry. Regularly check the condition of the hook-and-loop fasteners, as these are usually the first part to fail.
