🐎 Why choose this product?
A tendon heats up during exercise, and heat is precisely what damages it. A ventilated lining addresses this issue, whereas solid neoprene retains heat. Tendon boots protect the back of the cannon bone, where the hind leg or the other front leg may strike. They should be worn during work, never in the pasture or stall: when worn continuously, they make the tendon sweat and weaken it instead of protecting it.
🧴 Care instructions
Machine washable at up to 30°C, in a laundry bag, with detergent for delicate fabrics or one specially designed for plastics (ref. 764002). Do not tumble dry. Place on a clean, dry leg, with the shell facing outward and the fastenings toward the back and directed outward. Tighten so that you can slide one finger between the protection and the cannon bone. ⚠️ Remove them as soon as the session ends.
