🐎 Why choose this product?
A tendon heats up during exercise, and heat is precisely what damages it. A ventilated lining addresses this issue, whereas solid neoprene retains heat. A tendon boot covers the back of the cannon bone, where the hind leg or the other front leg may strike. It should be worn during work, never in the pasture or stall: if worn continuously, it makes the tendon sweat and weakens it instead of protecting it.
🧴 Care instructions
Machine washable at up to 30 °C, in a laundry bag, with detergent for delicate fabrics or one specially formulated for plastics (ref. 764002). Do not tumble dry. Place it on a clean, dry leg, with the shell facing outward and the fastenings at the back, pointing outward. Tighten it enough to fit one finger between the protection and the cannon bone. ⚠️ Remove them immediately after the session.
