These cross-country reins are entirely rubber, with a nylon insert for strength: whereas hunter reins have rubber only on the inside, these have rubber over their entire surface. They provide total grip, whatever the position of your hand.
Without rein stops, 16 mm wide, hook fastening.
✨ Key features
- ✔ Rubber over the entire surface: grip no longer depends on how you hold the reins
- ✔ Nylon insert: the rein does not stretch, even after a season of cross-country riding
- ✔ Without rein stops: nothing under your hand, allowing the reins to slide freely
- ✔ Hook fastening, 16 mm wide

🐎 Why choose this product?
During cross-country riding, reins are wet, muddy and constantly readjusted: this is when grip takes priority over everything else. Full rubber is the only truly reliable solution. To ride with a martingale, add a pair of rein stops, which we sell separately — removable models can be fitted without taking the reins apart.
🧴 Care instructions
With a running martingale, place the rein stops approximately 30 cm from the bit buckles. Rinse the reins with clean water after every cross-country ride: dried mud wears down the rubber. Never apply grease to them and replace them as soon as the grain becomes smooth.
Composition: rubber, nylon, metal.
