Supple oiled leather beneath the rubber: these reins feel comfortable from day one, without the stiffness of untreated leather models.
The oiled leather makes all the difference in rubberized reins. Many models combine decent rubber with dry leather that takes months to soften; here, the oil is introduced during tanning, so the reins lie nicely from the very first ride. Five stops on each side, a leather tab with buckle and martingale keeper. The martingale keeper prevents the ring from sliding up the rein and catching on the buckle.

🧴 Care instructions
Rinse the rubberized side with clean water and leave it to air-dry. Clean the leather tab with glycerin soap and condition it like any other leather. Oiled leather can transfer onto light-colored fabrics: store the reins away from a white saddle pad.
