🐎 Why choose this product?
On some horses, the saddle pulls the girth too far forward, against the elbow. A half-moon cut removes material exactly where the elbow passes — it is the only solution when the problem is caused by conformation.
🧴 Directions for use
⚠️ Tighten the girth in stages, walking between each adjustment: a horse that is girthed all at once tenses up and expands its belly, leaving the girth too loose ten minutes later. ⚠️ Measure the length from one billet hole to the other with the girth in place: the buckles must remain above the elbow and beneath the flap, never straddling either one. Brush the sheepskin when dry and hand-wash it without fabric softener.
