🧴 Care instructions
Pull the pad up into the saddle's gullet before girthing to clear the withers: a pad stretched over the spinous processes presses exactly where it should not. Brush it dry after each session and wash it regularly—the irritant is sweat salt, not the fabric. ⚠️ Do not use fabric softener: it clogs the fibres that regulate moisture.
