The Anatomic Free headpiece is cut to clear the nerve that runs just behind the ears—the most sensitive area of the entire poll. Where an ordinary headpiece passes over it, this one goes around it.
Its lining is soft and padded, helping to limit friction and pressure points.
✨ Key features
- ✔ Cut-out that clears the poll nerve: no more pressure on the most sensitive area
- ✔ Soft, padded lining to prevent friction
- ✔ Frees up movement of the poll
- ✔ Fits onto an existing bridle without replacing it

🐎 Why choose this product?
Of the four anatomical headpieces in the range, this one is the most targeted: rather than trying to distribute pressure over a large area, it aims to avoid one specific pressure point. This is the model to try on a horse that shakes its head or evades the bridle without an identified dental cause.
🧴 Care and use instructions
Once fitted, check that no edge touches the base of the ears and that the central seam sits in the middle of the poll. ⚠️ A new headpiece changes the fit: readjust the cheekpieces. Clean with glycerin soap, then apply leather grease.
Composition: leather, padding, metal.
